Step 1) TRP Parents MUST register their child on our Player Evaluation Form.

Step 2) They MUST attend the Player Evaluation Session (to be determined at a later time) so that the coaches can evaluate their skill level.

Step 3) Coaches will select their players on the team with the final roster being approved by the Director of DC Trojans Basketball

          3.1) The minimum number of players on a team will be 8 and the maximum will be 10.

Step 4) Team Results will be posted on this website

             4.1) Players who make the teams will need to pay a player registration fee before the deadline  to be part of the team.

          4.2) For those who do not make a team, we will place them on a waiting list just in case there is an opening.

Step 5) Team uniforms will be passed out before the first game of the league.

DC Trojans Basketball will doing everything to place a player on a team. But there will be times when a player will not be able to join a team.

Here are some factors we consider when we can't form a team:

1) Not enough coaches to form a team

   - Example: 28 players sign up but only two coaches are available. 8 players will not be selected

2) Not enough players to form a team of 8

   - Example- 21 players sign up with 3 coaches. We can only form two teams of 10 players. If 3 more players sign up, we could put a team of 8 but the cost per player will increase since we base our cost on a team of 10.
